The Second Decade is a provocative novel about the future of, and the landmark transformation of America. The importance of events can best be judged through the prism of retrospection. Thus, at a time when unprecedented societal change is still unfolding, it is tempting to overstate the significance of the past decade. Author Judge David D. Minier has done his best to present the historical record of 2010-2020 with objectivity, but he believes future historians will agree it was the most transforming and enlightening decade since the American Revolution.
